Performance Sailing and Marine ("we," "us," or "our") operates psmseattle.com (the "Site"). This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have — including our text messaging (SMS) program.

- Information you give us. When you submit our contact form, we collect your name, email address, phone number (optional), boat type (optional), and your message. If you check the box consenting to text messages, we also record that consent.
- Information collected automatically. We use Vercel Web Analytics to understand how visitors use the Site. It's cookieless and doesn't collect personally identifiable information — it reports aggregate data like which pages are visited and general traffic sources.
How We Use Your Information
- To respond to inquiries submitted through our contact form
- To provide quotes, schedule service, and communicate about your order or appointment
- To send you updates, offers, or text messages if you've opted in
- To improve the Site based on aggregate usage patterns
We do not sell your personal information.
Text Messaging (SMS) Program

Third-Party Service Providers
We work with the following service providers, who process data on our behalf:
- Resend — delivers contact form submissions to our email
- Google Sheets — internal logging of contact form submissions
- Vercel — website hosting and analytics
- Zoom Phone — our business phone and text messaging provider
Data Security
We take reasonable measures to protect the information you provide, including transmitting data over encrypted (HTTPS) connections. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we can't guarantee absolute security.
Your Choices
- You can opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP.
- You can opt out of promotional emails by contacting us directly.
- You can request that we delete information you've submitted to us by emailing contact@psmseattle.com.
